Sign up as a licensed clinician. Once verified, you'll gain access to your own secure dashboard, where you can manage patients and clinical records.

Step 2

Add Patients & Upload Records

Easily create patient profiles and upload medical records, lab results, imaging reports, genetic reports, and notes. The platform supports PDFs, images, and structured text.

Step 3

Let the AI Organize the Data

Our system parses uploaded files to extract key information—biomarkers, diagnoses, procedures, medications, and genetic markers—into structured, editable formats. Think of it as a starting point, not a conclusion.

Step 4

Review & Edit Outputs

You stay in control. Review all extracted data and make any changes you feel are appropriate. Biomarkers, diagnoses, genetic annotations, and health summaries are all fully editable.

Step 5

Customize the CHR (Client Health Report)

Use the AI-generated draft as a base, then personalize the CHR with your clinical insights. You can adjust tone, recommendations, or include custom sections relevant to your practice.

Step 6

Sign Off & Share

Once you're satisfied with the report, approve it with a single click. Finalized CHRs can then be securely shared with patients, along with any additional notes or instructions you choose to include.
